About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team to ensure overall responsibilities are achieved and bank visibility is increased
- Develop new business strategies and suitable plans for the respective area
- Ensure set targets are met or exceeded on time
- Ensure team adherence to ADIB policies, procedures, and Shari'a compliance
- Monitor daily activities of IFEs and ensure appropriate business management/control
- Coach team members on daily business activities to achieve monthly goals
- Review and recommend standard credit applications and verify critical documents
- Handle customer complaints directly
- Open business channels by visiting potential employers and high net worth customers
- Conduct annual appraisals and recommend staff recognition
Requirements
- Familiarity with Core Banking and Application sourcing systems
- Exposure to Outlook, Email, and HR systems
- Ability to manage team leave plans and daily attendance
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
