About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of the Tawtheeq hub
- Ensure the team meets deadlines and response TAT
- Handle escalation enquiries for the team
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of MIS generated reports
- Act as owner for the centralized MIS tracker
- Develop new MIS formats, templates, and KPIs
- Support and align efforts to meet stakeholder needs
- Assist in updating bank policies and procedures based on regulatory changes
- Conduct monthly and quarterly presentations of issues and reports
- Prepare analytical studies of team performance
- Create and maintain issue logs and summaries
Requirements
- Awareness of GCD and compliance regulations
- Broad knowledge of ADIB Retail Operational Policies & Procedures
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank
- Analytical and research skills to define and solve problems
- Management Information skills
- Computer skills
