About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Telesales Agents to ensure all activities meet sales targets
- Develop and implement telesales strategies and set challenging sales objectives
- Monitor, evaluate, and measure performance to achieve top productivity and efficiency
- Responsible for the delivery of sales leads targets and ensuring unqualified leads remain below 3%
- Conduct short-term workshops to set goals, game plans, and identify buying motives
- Build value propositions and review sales tactics to identify winning strategies
- Call monitoring, coaching, and providing feedback to agents
- Select, recruit, train, certify, and deploy Telesales Agents
- Design scripts for effective product presentation across different campaigns
Requirements
- University Graduate
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar work environment in a supervisory position
- At least 3 years of experience managing people
- Strong sales and customer focus with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation and people management skills
- Analytical and computer skills

- Practical marketing background
