Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Telesales Agents to ensure all activities meet sales targets
• Develop and implement telesales strategies and set challenging sales objectives
• Monitor, evaluate, and measure performance to achieve top productivity and efficiency
• Responsible for the delivery of sales leads targets and ensuring unqualified leads remain below 3%
• Conduct short-term workshops to set goals, game plans, and identify buying motives
• Build value propositions and review sales tactics to identify winning strategies
• Call monitoring, coaching, and providing feedback to agents
• Select, recruit, train, certify, and deploy Telesales Agents
• Design scripts for effective product presentation across different campaigns

Requirements

• University Graduate
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar work environment in a supervisory position
• At least 3 years of experience managing people
• Strong sales and customer focus with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation and people management skills
• Analytical and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical marketing background
