Team Manager, Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets for school qualifications
• Provide assessment and qualifications expertise to the team
• Monitor sales activity, track results, and report on performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management
• Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to ensure regional plans support growth
• Build and manage relationships with key partners, school groups, and ministries
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage direct reports to ensure clear goals and a positive team culture

Requirements

• Experience in assessment, ideally with UK qualifications
• Proven experience managing sales teams in education or a related sector
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong customer relationships
• Experience with pipeline management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
• People management experience
