Team Manager, Senior Talent Agent

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of Agents to improve performance and accountability
• Hold regular 1:1s to provide guidance, feedback, and strategic direction
• Partner with Associate Directors and leadership to align on business opportunities and priorities
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training for new team members
• Lead performance reviews and support individual development plans
• Represent talent directly and contribute to sales performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
• Passion for mentoring people and the creator space
