Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of Agents to improve performance and accountability
- Hold regular 1:1s to provide guidance, feedback, and strategic direction
- Partner with Associate Directors and leadership to align on business opportunities and priorities
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training for new team members
- Lead performance reviews and support individual development plans
- Represent talent directly and contribute to sales performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
- Passion for mentoring people and the creator space
