Team Operations Manager CS2

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations for athletes, including player management, partner activations, merchandise, bootcamp planning, budgets, media and travel
• Coordinate events, travel arrangements, bootcamp planning and budgets with team coaches
• Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline team operations
• Build and maintain relationships with players and colleagues, with strong stakeholder management
• Report on player wellbeing and lifestyle to esports senior management
• Promote NIP values and educate players on them
• Scout upcoming tournament destinations and provide briefings
• Track player inventory, roster locks, tournament invites and ticket request deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years in an operations environment such as project management, analysis or operations coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way
• Strong problem-solving and independent issue resolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with gaming and esports culture
