About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and design team towards an AI-native product and agentic commerce experience
- Own the end-to-end experience across buyer and seller journeys
- Design agent behavior, transparency, control and fallback
- Build and maintain an AI-native, token-driven design system
- Set the research agenda on agentic commerce, trust and privacy
- Set the craft and quality bar for the team
Requirements
- Experience building AI-powered or agentic products
- Commercially shipped products used by real customers
- Experience leading product design and user research
- Track record using research to shape product direction
- Practical AI fluency across research and design
- Experience leading and developing designers and researchers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, particularly B2B commerce
