Tech Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide initiatives through their full lifecycle from idea to release
• Clarify specifications and documentation to ensure smooth delivery
• Coordinate between Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and stakeholders
• Manage coordination with third-party partners and technical integrations
• Identify dependencies, unanswered questions, risks, and scope changes
• Ensure release readiness across development, QA, support, and documentation
• Maintain the health of the delivery process and feature development lifecycle
• Provide visibility to leadership regarding status, risk, and tradeoffs

Requirements

• Experience owning projects or technical delivery end-to-end
• Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear, actionable scopes
• Strong written communication skills for an asynchronous, text-first environment
• Strong organizational skills across multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Ability to identify missing information, dependencies, and risks
• Comfort coordinating work across people with different specialties
• Experience working with third-party partners or vendors
• Comfort giving direct feedback and holding a line on scope, quality, or timeline
• Technical curiosity and understanding to work effectively with engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product management or product operations
• Software development, systems analysis, or QA experience
• Experience with API integrations
• Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, or React Native
• Experience in healthcare or fintech
• Experience in HIPAA compliance environments
