Tech Lead, Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own and lead technical projects from product ideation to successful execution, including technical decisions, architectural designs, and data structures
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to architect high-performance and user-centric features
• Champion platform reliability and data integrity while maintaining development velocity
• Mentor and provide guidance to engineers across all levels
• Identify new technologies and best practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• At least 9 years of professional development experience
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
• Expertise in TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
• Fluency in frontend frameworks such as React and React Query
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and design solutions for complex data models and user workflows
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries like SpreadJS, HyperFormula, FinnFlo-js, or AG Grid
• Background in building computation-heavy services requiring high accuracy and performance
• Experience expanding complex data models for evolving use cases
• Interest in emerging tools like AI-assisted coding
