Technical Account Management (TAM) Leader

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and grow the Technical Account Management (TAM) team
• Own the coverage model for named accounts and partner-mapped accounts
• Act as the senior escalation layer for complex, high-impact technical issues
• Ensure consistent onboarding, adoption, and proactive technical guidance across the portfolio
• Represent the aggregated voice of the customer to engineering and product teams
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to protect NRR and account health

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in database internals, scalability, and infrastructure tradeoffs
• Track record of hiring and developing technical customer-facing teams
• Ability to manage portfolio-level judgment across 100+ accounts
• Experience coordinating high-severity, multi-stakeholder incidents
• Background in engineering, SRE, or technical consulting
