Technical Account Manager, Federal

Responsibilities

• Manage customer life cycles through onboarding, adoption, enablement, renewal, and expansion
• Lead post-sale engagements including internal hand-offs, customer kick-off, and Integration and Architecture Planning meetings
• Drive customer adoption by understanding use cases and articulating value propositions
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews and Success plans
• Educate customers on new features, platform workflows, Beta Programs, and User Testing
• Proactively monitor customer health and mitigate churn risks
• Guide strategic discussions with stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities with Sales
• Collaborate with internal R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams
• Maintain accurate records in Catalyst and Salesforce

Requirements

• Experience in technical account management or customer success within the cybersecurity or threat intelligence domain
• Ability to represent Censys to C-Levels, threat hunters, and cybersecurity practitioners
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce
