Technical AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI services on Microsoft Azure
• Build and fine-tune models and implement MLOps for deployment, monitoring, and governance
• Integrate AI into enterprise workflows using APIs and event-driven patterns
• Optimize prompts, retrieval, and orchestration for relevance and safety
• Ensure compliance, security, and performance across the solution lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience with Azure AI and Azure ML
• Strong Python or C# skills
• Solid understanding of ML concepts, including data prep, feature engineering, evaluation, and drift monitoring
• Familiarity with RAG patterns, embeddings, and vector databases
• Cloud architecture knowledge, including CI/CD, IaC, and observability
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Power Platform or Dynamics 365 integration experience
• Consulting background with outcome-focused delivery
• Microsoft certifications such as AI-102, AZ-104, AZ-400, DP-100, or SC-100
