About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and manage interactive learning content for the Censys LMS
- Transform instructor-led training into engaging, self-paced eLearning experiences
- Design interactive capture-the-flag (CTF) learning exercises
- Create and publish product documentation and onboarding programs
- Produce video content covering new feature releases and real-world use cases
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure content accuracy
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development
- Demonstrated experience building content for an LMS or eLearning platform
- Strong ability to translate complex technical functionality into clear content
- Experience producing or coordinating video content
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts like attack surface management or threat hunting
- Experience designing hands-on, scenario-based technical training (CTF)
- Experience with video editing and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia)
- Experience converting instructor-led training into digital content
