Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned engagements, including planning, execution, and scope control
• Run delivery rhythm including sprint planning, backlog management, and releases
• Convert client business problems into clear technical direction
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning across concurrent engagements
• Implement delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting
• Serve as a people manager for delivery team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to align execution with client expectations
• Identify and manage delivery and technical risks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software delivery environments
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and system design
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps/CI/CD
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Proven experience leading and coaching technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Leadership experience in Data and Analytics
• Experience in technology consulting, professional services, or SaaS
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams
• Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Cloud
