About the role
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced, customer service and production driven environment
- Perform high-detail data entry and eligibility analysis
- Collaborate with employees, members, providers, and clients
- Adapt to new proprietary systems and various system platforms
- Resolve problems in varying situations to reach resolution
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum three years Eligibility experience
- Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous leadership experience
