About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with Enterprise/Strategic Sales, mapping customer systems and data flows
- Own solution design for each implementation, including architecture, endpoints, webhooks, authentication and data mapping
- Scope and sign off the Statement of Work for API, custom app and customisation deals
- Resolve technical questions from customers and internal teams, reproducing issues in Postman or Insomnia
- Lead technical kick-offs and calls with customer technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Partner with Solutions Developers to align scope, unblock the build and confirm delivery matches the SoW
- Manage several implementations at once, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and change requests
- Own implementation escalations, including recovery plans for shortfalls in shipment volume
- Lead structured handovers to the CSM and Customer Support
- Maintain governance on custom builds and turn recurring questions into documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions architecture or similar technical customer-facing role
- Expert hands-on command of REST APIs, webhooks and integration patterns
- Authentication methods including OAuth 2.0, SSO and API keys
- Fluent with JSON, data mapping and SQL
- Structured troubleshooting across HTTP status codes, rate limits, retries and logs
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms, ERPs and warehouse systems
- Experience writing SoWs and running multiple implementations at once
- Strong written and verbal English
Preferred Qualifications
- Python or JavaScript
- Logistics or eCommerce experience
- Shopify, Squarespace, Celigo or Zapier implementations
- Prior Easyship experience
