Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy and long-term vision for projects built on the Skadina platform
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering innovation and best practices
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals
• Drive the adoption of Skadina across teams and promote a scalable architecture
• Oversee technical risk management and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and architects to guide complex solution designs
• Ensure the platform is leveraged effectively to meet scalability, security, and performance goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture
• Proven experience with the Skadina platform
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding technical teams
• Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
