About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the technical strategy and long-term vision for projects built on the Skadina platform
- Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering innovation and best practices
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals
- Drive the adoption of Skadina across teams and promote a scalable architecture
- Oversee technical risk management and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and architects to guide complex solution designs
- Ensure the platform is leveraged effectively to meet scalability, security, and performance goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture
- Proven experience with the Skadina platform
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding technical teams
- Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
