Technical Marketing & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and lead generation plans
• Research local neighborhoods and market trends for content creation
• Create lead magnets such as buyer/seller guides and market reports
• Build landing pages, lead forms, and QR codes for lead capture
• Manage CRM database including importing, cleaning, and segmenting contacts
• Manage social media profiles and create monthly content calendars
• Design branded graphics and marketing templates using Canva
• Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Monitor incoming leads and schedule appointments on the agent's calendar
• Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance and lead metrics

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting residential real estate professionals
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation and digital marketing
• Proficiency in CRM management and database segmentation
• Experience with social media content creation and scheduling
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Strong written and spoken English (Level A-B)
• Strong research, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work within real estate compliance and approval workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing or maintaining real estate CRM platforms
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
• Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Flodesk
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut
