Responsibilities
- Develop shared strategies to help customers reach integration goals
- Provide recommendations and direction to enable seamless onboarding using Redox
- Guide customers through their first integration and go-live process
- Help customers expand their understanding of Redox and healthcare integration standards
Requirements
- Healthcare industry experience
- Understanding of clinical workflows
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
