Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead aligned program teams to deliver customer implementations on time with quality
• Own project plans and communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• Define and track key metrics and quality indicators; drive cross-functional execution
• Partner with cross-functional teams across technical analysis through post-implementation
• Drive process improvements, including reducing manual effort through automation
• Identify and communicate product improvements to product engineering leaders

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience owning SaaS implementation or delivery
• Discovery experience gathering requirements and defining scope
• Project management skills leading SaaS implementations with B2B customers
• Operating autonomously across multiple teams with critical thinking
• Process definition, communication, and cross-team coordination experience
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems
