Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs from initiation through implementation and post-launch stabilization
• Develop integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and budgets
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and change control
• Facilitate discovery, requirements-gathering, and workflow-design sessions
• Document business rules, functional requirements, and user stories
• Partner with Product Owners to define platform roadmaps and prioritize enhancements
• Build strong relationships across Clinical Operations, Technology, and Finance teams
• Communicate effectively with executive leaders and technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs
• 3+ years of experience applying Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience in healthcare operations, population health, or clinical workflows
• Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital-transformation initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred
