Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for major cross-functional initiatives
• Build and maintain program plans mapping dependencies across engineering, product, design, and data teams
• Drive the operating cadence including planning cycles, standups, and reviews
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and blockers early
• Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Improve operational processes for planning, prioritization, and delivery
• Maintain a single source of truth on program status and decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or engineering program management
• Technical foundation capable of reading system design docs and engaging with engineers
• Proven track record shipping complex, cross-functional software programs
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed in a fast-growing startup environment
• Experience with modern delivery tooling such as GitHub, Linear/Jira, or Notion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML, data platforms, or B2B SaaS products
• Familiarity with insurance, fintech, or enterprise software domains
• Experience standing up program-management practices at an early- or growth-stage company
