Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, managing costs, timelines, and scope
• Mitigate risks and issues while driving high standards of quality and best practice
• Manage commercial and financial aspects, including T&M and Fixed Price contracts
• Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Devise strategies to manage stakeholders from both client and Quantexa leadership

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects with excellent outcomes
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and their application across multiple teams
• Experience delivering large, complex, data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle
• Strong technical communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Mandatory fluency or native proficiency in Arabic
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and Gulf region for client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on complex data-oriented projects for financial services, government, or telco clients
