Responsibilities
- Work highly effectively to ensure Remote’s talent scaling needs are matched.
- Directly responsible for creating a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
- Continuously improve the timing between first Recruiter call and offer.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up.
- Previous experience as recruiter with Product and Engineering will be highly prioritized.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working and optimising Greenhouse.
- Excellent speaking and written skills in English.
