Responsibilities

• Work highly effectively to ensure Remote’s talent scaling needs are matched.
• Directly responsible for creating a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
• Continuously improve the timing between first Recruiter call and offer.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up.
• Previous experience as recruiter with Product and Engineering will be highly prioritized.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working and optimising Greenhouse.
• Excellent speaking and written skills in English.
