Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product teams
- Partner directly with engineering leadership to define hiring needs
- Build sourcing pipelines from scratch
- Run a rigorous, fast-moving interview process
- Help build a stronger, more diverse pipeline as the company scales
Requirements
- Experience in technical recruiting
- Proven ability to build sourcing pipelines from scratch
- Experience partnering with engineering leadership
- Proactive sourcing-focused approach rather than relying on inbound applicants
