About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Present high-value technical solutions to technical stakeholders and decision makers
- Collaborate with application engineers to build strong technical proposals
- Lead product demonstrations and customer trials
- Maintain accurate account follow-up in CRM
- Participate in trade shows and conduct international client visits
- Contribute to market intelligence and continuous improvement of sales tools
- Train and support distributors and partners
- Act as the main customer interface during technical projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Photonics, Physics, or Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or industrial customer support
- Solid understanding of laser processes and semiconductor environments
- Availability for monthly international travel (primarily Asia and the USA)
- Perfect mastery of English and French
- Mandarin language skills (major asset)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with clients in Asia
- In-depth knowledge of international distribution networks
