Responsibilities

  • Own technical problems end-to-end
  • Act as partners to customers and product teams
  • Solve challenges spanning edge networks, performance tuning, security, and storage
  • Deliver fast, thoughtful solutions with a developer-first mindset

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support for CDN, edge infrastructure, or related technologies
  • Familiarity with DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and VOD
  • Debugging experience with tools like traceroute, curl, and MTR
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HTTP protocols
  • Understanding of security best practices in production environments
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish fluency
  • Startup experience
  • Previous familiarity with bunny.net products
