Responsibilities
- Own technical problems end-to-end
- Act as partners to customers and product teams
- Solve challenges spanning edge networks, performance tuning, security, and storage
- Deliver fast, thoughtful solutions with a developer-first mindset
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support for CDN, edge infrastructure, or related technologies
- Familiarity with DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and VOD
- Debugging experience with tools like traceroute, curl, and MTR
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HTTP protocols
- Understanding of security best practices in production environments
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Analytical problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish fluency
- Startup experience
- Previous familiarity with bunny.net products
