About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for platform-related issues
- Capture incident details, classify impact and severity, and attempt immediate resolution
- Manage reporting, WFM, and QM application triage and support
- Maintain rigorous ticketing hygiene and ensure SLA compliance
- Handle incident communication and knowledge base maintenance
- Manage escalation and ownership of issues
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a client-facing technical role for a product business
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in plain English
- College degree
- Willingness to work flexible hours
