About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across tracking, telematics, and communication platforms
- Deliver responsive technical support to clients via multiple channels
- Monitor and maintain technical systems including GPS tracking and security applications
- Respond to alert systems and coordinate during critical situations according to SOPs
- Identify opportunities to improve internal support processes using AI tools
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, 9001, 22301, and GDPR
Requirements
- Technical background or education in computer science, IT, electronics, or telecommunications
- Proficiency with technology tools and AI productivity tools
- Experience providing technical support in a customer-facing role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, R, or C++
- Experience with API integration
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
- Background in emergency response or operations center environments
