About the role
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and support Cloudera CDP platforms
- Provide Tier 2 production support for Cloudera environments
- Troubleshoot Spark, Hive, and YARN jobs
- Drive automation across platform operations using Shell, Terraform, Groovy, Ansible, and Python
- Support containerization using Podman, Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across security, architecture, and data teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of total engineering or operational experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Cloudera CDP platform operations
- Experience in infrastructure, systems administration, and DevOps
- Good understanding of Linux, networking, and Git
- Experience in large, complex, high-availability enterprise environments
