About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate automotive service solutions
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed service appointments
- Respond to basic queries related to vehicle servicing
- Conduct follow-up and service reminder calls to enhance customer retention and repeat business
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of passenger vehicle servicing
- Understanding of periodic maintenance schedules and common repair requirements
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve conversion targets
- Native Arabic speakers preferred
