Tele Sales Executive (German Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Structured initial contact with warm leads following defined processes
• Documenting conversation results and qualifying leads for closers
• Coordinating appointments between interested parties and strategy consultants
• Supporting long-term customer relationships through information delivery and follow-up actions
• Maintaining quality standards using existing checklists and documentation tools
• Supporting the team at trade fairs and events as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work according to clear guidelines and high organizational skills
• Disciplined, resilient, and able to remain friendly under high call volumes
• Clear, understandable, and binding communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in German (fluent or native level)
• Commercial training or initial sales experience is desirable but not mandatory
