Tele Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured initial outreach to warm leads following defined processes
• Document call results and pass qualified contacts to closers
• Coordinate appointments between prospects and strategy consultants
• Support the development of long-term customer relationships
• Maintain quality standards using checklists to ensure professional customer contact
• Assist the team at trade fairs and events as needed

Requirements

• High level of organizational ability and preference for working with clear guidelines
• Disciplined, resilient, and able to remain friendly under high call volumes
• Clear, understandable, and binding communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in using tools, lists, and structured documentation
• Commercial training or initial sales experience is desirable but not mandatory
