About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages and emails in a 24/7 operation
- Contact potential and existing customers to sell cleaning, maintenance and AMC services
- Follow up on enquiries and sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Create and manage bookings and coordinate with operations teams
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and lead status in Salesforce
- Achieve assigned targets for calls, follow-ups, conversions and service quality
Requirements
- Minimum two years in telecalling, telesales, customer service or call centre work
- Prior call centre experience is mandatory
- Strong spoken and written English
- Willingness to work rotational and late-night shifts
- Confident handling sales conversations and complaints
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language skills
- Experience in home services, facilities management or similar service businesses
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
