Telecommunications Agent

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming and internal calls promptly and professionally according to luxury standards
• Provide accurate information regarding resort facilities, services, events, and dining
• Handle guest requests and route them to appropriate departments like Housekeeping or Concierge
• Manage wake-up calls and emergency calls following safety procedures
• Log guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups in the system
• Operate the hotel's PBX/telephone system and ensure correct call routing
• Maintain polished telephone etiquette and support other departments during peak hours

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Pleasant voice and professional telephone manner
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluent in English; Russian language skills are an asset
• Customer-focused mindset aligned with luxury hospitality standards
