About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively manage and moderate local Telegram groups to ensure a positive and engaging environment
- Foster community growth by initiating discussions and providing updates on company news and product releases
- Develop and share engaging content related to Poker, Cryptocurrency, and Blockchain gaming
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members to assist with questions and issues
- Implement strategies to increase user engagement and track community sentiment
- Organize and promote community events such as AMAs, giveaways, and contests
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community efforts with company goals
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of poker is essential
- Native or fluent in the language of the community being managed (e.g., Korean, Japanese, French, or Italian)
- Experience managing Telegram, Discord, or similar online social communities
- Good understanding of the local poker community and player culture
- Strong written communication skills with a community-first tone
