About the role
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering luxury rooms, dining, entertainment, and world-class amenities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote gaming programs, incentives, special events, and VIP benefits
- Maintain and grow a database of qualified gaming customers through relationship management
- Achieve individual and team targets related to call volume, conversions, and revenue
- Provide accurate information regarding gaming offerings and resort amenities
- Record guest interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes
- Identify high-value players and escalate opportunities to Gaming Hosts or VIP Services
- Collaborate with Marketing and Gaming Operations to align outreach strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service (gaming or hospitality required)
- Strong sales, persuasion, and communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin preferred
- Proficiency in Opera, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
