About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote gaming programs, incentives, and special events
- Maintain and grow a database of qualified gaming customers through relationship management
- Achieve individual and team targets related to call volume and revenue
- Provide accurate information regarding gaming offerings, resort amenities, and promotions
- Record all guest interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes
- Identify high-value players and escalate opportunities to VIP Services
- Collaborate with Marketing and Gaming Operations to align outreach strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service
- Experience in gaming or hospitality is required
- Strong sales, persuasion, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Opera, CRM, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Multilingual skills in Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, located in Ras Al Khaimah. Set to open in 2027, the resort will offer luxury accommodations, diverse dining, a theater, and premium amenities.
