About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
- Operate telephone switchboard station and process wake-up, screening, call forwarding and conference call requests
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and activate or deactivate guest room message lights
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been resolved
- Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds
