About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify potential customers through outbound calls
- Promote products, services, and offers to generate sales
- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide suitable solutions
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Follow up with customers and maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in Sales, preferably in car sales
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent English; Arabic preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Computer literate with CRM and data-entry skills
