Telesales Agent (Cars)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Manage outbound calls and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through lead nurturing
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
• Collaborate with the purchase team on lead conversion strategies
• Provide tailored solutions and excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Telesales, Call center, or Customer service
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in high-pressure environments
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• High level of resilience and adaptability
