About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs
- Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through follow-ups
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM tools
- Provide post-sales support and tailored solutions to customers
Requirements
- 2+ years in telesales, call center or customer service
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure environment
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities

- Bachelor's degree
