Responsibilities
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads and nurturing relationships
- Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the purchase team to align on lead conversion strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Telesales, Call center, or Customer service
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure environment
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- High level of resilience and adaptability
