Telesales Agent - Outbound

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads and nurturing relationships
• Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the purchase team to align on lead conversion strategies
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Telesales, Call center, or Customer service
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure environment
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• High level of resilience and adaptability
