Telesales Agent (Purchaser)

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to promote and sell products/services
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs
• Manage outbound calls and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through lead follow-up
• Handle objections professionally and close deals efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the purchase team on lead conversion strategies
• Provide tailored solutions and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Telesales, Call center or Customer service
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals in high-pressure environments
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
