Telesales – B2C (Course Enrollment Advisor – Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into enrolments by phone, email, online and face-to-face
• Advise prospective learners on language courses and training solutions
• Follow up on leads, quotations and pending enquiries to maximise conversions
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales, enrolment and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM system
• Work with internal departments to ensure smooth learner onboarding

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in sales, telesales, customer service or enrolment
• Arabic speaker with excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the education or training industry
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce
