About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute tele-calling activities as assigned to the team
- Enhance ENR / Takaful sales and card activation rates
- Control customer attrition and ensure minimum call requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Maintain call quality and adhere to guidelines while interacting with clients
- Support a cohesive team environment focused on trust and open communication
Requirements
- Previous banking experience in a similar role
- Fair understanding of banking products and services
- Understanding of customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and problem-solving skills
- Basic MS Office skills
- Customer service skills to resolve complaints
